LET’S SLOW DOWN (SINGLE)

Each New Year we flip the calendar to begin anew.

This symbolic day offers us all the chance to reflect on the past year and smile into the new one ahead.

As is my tradition, I wanted to create a moment for you to quietly and peacefully exist, a soundtrack for intention setting.

Intentions, as I see them, are more powerful than resolutions. Resolutions can be broken, skipped. Intentions are promises you’re making to yourself, they are far more intimate.

On this New Year’s Day, I ask you to take a moment for yourself - think about where you’ve been last year and where you’d like to be this time next year.

Be patient with yourself and remember to breathe.

You are capable of everything.

Enjoy this meditative few moments of intention setting for the year ahead.

It is recommended you place on headphones and listen while in a darkened and quiet room.
