TRAVEL TIME

Peter Bark and I met at a studio we both worked at in SoHo some years back, kind of waved to each other in the hall a time or two and then we went separate ways. We were reintroduced via our mutual collaborator @fancycolorsmusic a year or two ago and also through my love for the @inneroceanrecords Drift compilation.

Peter Bark is one of those musicians that is constantly curious, always exploring, and continually evolving. His love for the Norns further intrigued me. Also, just look at his catalogue of releases, he’s an unstoppable train. His subtle approach to ambient music was so refreshing to me as a listener.

Over the past few years, I’ve been lucky enough to have him remix a handful of my tracks and participate in a few of his compilations he’s curated. So when he reached out asking for me to take a pass at working together on a track for his new singles series, I was all in.

The track is entitled “travel time” and it’s alongside “ghost town”. I’d love for you to pop on the single and just close your eyes for a few minutes. It’s a good palate cleanser for your brain.
